Studying Exceptional People
There’s only a limited workability in studying exceptional people to discover why they’re exceptional. The viewpoint is topsy-turvy of what it should be. You should be studying normal people to discover why they’re not exceptional. What’s holding back Joe or Joan Everyman? The exceptional people only give us some idea of how high people can reach. What barriers are keeping the others from reaching that high?
